In 2009 VT Group launched an internal restructuring program designed to give a clear focus on our customers and deliver further improvements to our service and operational effectiveness.

Introducing what we call a ‘One VT’ approach will enable us to work more closely together, sharing talent, best practice and knowledge across the businesses which make up VT Group. Creating linkages and capabilities across the various business areas will enable us to better harness the synergies within each and drive out any areas of duplication.

As part of the program, we are moving to a single VT Group brand for all of our wholly-owned businesses. Although some of our individual brands may disappear, it is very much business as usual at VT. We remain focused on delivering the same high standard of service that our customers have come to expect across the varied market sectors that we serve.

We believe that the ‘One VT’ approach will create a platform for future growth as our company evolves away from its 150- year ship-building heritage to become a leading support services provider.

Our vision for the future is to be seen as the company which sets the standards for the delivery of customer-critical services. The ‘One VT’ approach is one of the building blocks that will help us achieve this aim.
