Leonard Moodispaw Board Chairman/Proxy Holder Leonard Moodispaw is the CEO and Co-Founder of KEYW Corporation. Prior to founding KEYW, Mr. Moodispaw served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Essex Corporation. From April 1994 to April 1998, Mr. Moodispaw was President of ManTech Advanced systems International, Inc., a subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation. From 1965 to 1978, Mr. Moodispaw was a senior manager in the National Security Agency (NSA). After leaving the NSA he was engaged in the private practice of law. Mr. Moodispaw is the founder of the Security Affairs Support Association (INSA) that brings government and industry players together to solve problems of mutual interest. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the American University in Washington, D.C.; a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.; and Juris Doctor in Law from the University of Baltimore, Maryland.

Maynard Anderson Board Director/Proxy Holder Maynard Anderson is president and director of Arcadia Group Worldwide, Inc engaged in national and international security. Until February 1994, Mr. Anderson was the acting U.S. deputy under secretary of defense for security policy, with permanent assignment as the assistant deputy under secretary of defense for security policy. He was responsible for development of the overall defense policy for international security programs, national disclosure policy and NATO security, as well as for emergency planning and preparedness.
