David J. Dacquino
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of VT Group, David Dacquino leads more than 2,500
employees in providing customer-critical technical services to
government and civil agencies and large organizations
worldwide. Understanding the value of partnership and
passionate about serving its customers, VT Group provides its
customers with multi-disciplinary professional services in
logistics support, manpower and personnel integration, C4IT network
integration and installation, facility operations and maintenance,
equipment life cycle support, utility management and unmanned
aerial systems. He joined VT Group in April 2009.
Prior to joining VT Group, Dacquino was vice president and top
executive of the Integrated Support Solutions division of Raytheon
Technical Services Company, LLC (RTSC), a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Raytheon Company. RTSC provides technical, scientific and
professional services for defense, federal and commercial customers
worldwide. He has nearly three decades of experience in the
aeronautics, electronics and technical services industries,
including vice president and general manager of logistic services
for Lockheed Martin Aircraft & Logistics Centers. In this
capacity, he had responsibility for more than 3,500 personnel at 75
locations worldwide, providing field teams, U.S. Department of
Defense base operations management and spare parts sales for
military and commercial customers.
The New York native holds a degree in aeronautical engineering
technology from Arizona State University and a master's degree in
finance from California State University. His professional
designations include international certifications in management,
purchasing, contracts and production inventory management. He
is currently a member of the board of advisors of the International
Society of Logistics (SOLE) and the Professional Services Council's
(PSC) board of directors. In addition, he serves on the Hope
For the Warriors Gala Committee; the Technical Operations Governing
Council of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA); and is a
member of the Aerospace Advisory Council, Center for Executive
Education, College of Business Administration at the University of
Tennessee.

Allen Garner
Chief Financial Officer
Allen Garner joined VT Group in November 2006, initially serving
as vice president of finance for VT Griffin. Prior to joining VT
Group, he was the vice president of business management for the
Aircraft and Logistics Center Division of Lockheed Martin, in
Greenville, SC. Garner joined Lockheed Martin in 1987 and worked in
several Lockheed Martin operating locations in various financial
leadership roles, including an assignment at corporate
headquarters. Prior to his time at Lockheed he worked for a
manufacturing conglomerate in the commercial sector for three
years.
Garner holds a degree in accounting from the University of
Southern Maine and attended several leadership training programs at
Lockheed Martin. He also serves as a management board member on
several VT joint ventures.

Susan Springer
Executive Vice President, Business Services
Susan Springer joined VT Group in August 2009 as the executive
vice president of business services. Prior to joining VT Group,
Springer spent 20 years at Raytheon and the most recent two years
with Raytheon Technical Services where she held the position of
director, human resources. In this capacity, she was responsible
for all bids and proposals, mergers and acquisitions and employee
relations for a division with $2.6 billion in annual revenue and
8,500 employees. Prior to that, Springer was responsible for the
Customized Engineering and Depot Support business area within the
Technical Services Company where she was responsible for all
aspects of HR spanning three domestic and one international
location.
Springer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in applied management
from Tri-State University, Angola, Ind., and a master's degree
coursework in business from University of St. Francis, Fort Wayne,
Ind., and Ball State University, Muncie, Ind. She is an active
member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Walt Yourstone
President, Integrated Solutions
Walt Yourstone is the president of VT Group's Integrated Solutions
business unit, also known as VT Milcom. Prior to taking this post,
Yourstone was the senior vice president and general manager of the
Navy, Marines and Coast Guard Program Executive Office for VT
Griffin, the aerospace and defense operating segment of VT Group.
Yourstone oversees 4,000 employees in the U.S. across a wide array
of government locations. In this position, Yourstone was
responsible for operations and business development for programs
primarily supporting the U.S. Department of the Navy and the Coast
Guard.
Prior to joining VT Griffin in 2005, Yourstone served as a
submarine warfare officer in the U.S. Navy for more than 27 years.
Highlights of his career include positions as commanding officer of
the USS OHIO (SSBN 726) (Gold), and commanding officer of Naval
Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Ga. Additionally, he was selected as a
senior fellow on the Chief of Naval Operation's Strategic Studies
Group in Newport, R.I., responsible for long-range strategic
planning for the U.S. Navy. Yourstone's last military assignment
was as executive assistant for the Assistant Secretary of the Navy
for Installations and Environment.
Yourstone holds a degree in ocean engineering from the U.S. Naval
Academy and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the
University of Washington.

George H. Allen
President, Technical Services
George Allen leads the Technical Services business unit of VT
Group's US operations. Allen joined VT Group in November 2010 as
vice president of Strategic Development for Technical Services.
Prior to that, he spent four years with Agility Defense and
Government Services, leading its global business strategy and
growth of the company from $100 million to more than $1 billion. In
addition, Allen has extensive experience in logistics and supply
chain, and spent more than 10 years as a Senior Executive for the
Defense Logistics Agency, where he was responsible for a
multibillion dollar end-to-end supply chain operation for all of
the U.S. Department of Defense's medical supplies, uniforms, food,
construction materials and industrial hardware.
Allen earned a Bachelor of Arts, Pre-Law, and a Master of Public
Administration from Pennsylvania State University. He is a member
of the Defense Logistics Hall of Fame, a distinguished member of
the regiment, U.S. Army Quartermasters Corps and an Alumni Fellow
at Pennsylvania State University.
