We go beyond just keeping up-to-date maintenance logs, advising
our customers and reducing asset down time and costs in support of
maritime docks and cranes, HUMVEE RESET and commercial fleets.
In 2010, our superior performance earned a Center of
Excellence designation for Ft. Huachuca for maintenance support to
the Directorate of Logistics at a mid-sized DOL facility.
We provide tactical and non-tactical vehicle and equipment,
material maintenance and RESET at U.S. Army and Navy
installations. Services provided include:

Fleet
Maintenance on wheeled and tracked tactical,
non-tactical, commercial and combat vehicles; ground support
equipment; construction and engineer equipment; electronics and
communications equipment; audiovisual equipment; towed artillery;
missile systems; weapons; non-Test Measurement, Diagnostic
Equipment (TMDE) test equipment; and other equipment

Routine Vehicle
Maintenance including inspection, maintenance,
repair, alignment, overhaul, welding, painting, fabrication,
modification, load testing, performance testing, transport, and
processing and de-processing for issue, turn-in and repair and
return to user

RESET: We repair and restore-return tactical
vehicles including HUMVEEs, light medium tactical vehicles/family
of medium tactical vehicles (LMTV/FMTV), heavy equipment transport
(HET)to 10/20 standards
VT Group at Work
Fort Huachuca HUMVEE RESET Project
During 2008 and 2009, Ft Huachuca's Maintenance Division - fully
resourced and operated by VT Group, completed two different RESET
missions involving active and reserve component equipment. The
first mission called for the completion of 168 trucks, trailers,
generators and air conditioning equipment within 6 months. The
second mission involved the repair of 400 trucks, trailers,
generators and air conditioning equipment also within 6 months.
To support our assigned tasks, we provide substantial individual
and group training, including Operation Platinum Wrench - a Reserve
Component maintenance refresher training program,
performance-oriented training, productivity-based training and
platform instruction.
Our expertise in tactical wheeled vehicles, tracked systems and
small arms came in handy as we began troubleshooting, diagnosing
and isolating malfunctions, cleaning, modifying, rebuilding,
overhauling, repairing, test performance and painting services.
The talent and resourcefulness of VT Group personnel was
instrumental in Fort Huachuca being designated a Center of
Excellence in maintenance support for the Directorate of Logistics
at a mid-sized Army DOL facility in 2010.
