Services Awarded TACOM OMNIBUS III Blanket Purchase
Agreement
Today, VT Group proudly announced thatits Technical Services
business unit has been awarded the U.S. Tank-Automotive and
Armaments Command (TACOM) Omnibus III Contract. As prime
contractor, VT Group will lead a team of extremely capable and
diversified small businesses in providing cost analysis, analytical
and technical services and products to the project and product
managers in the Program Executive Office (PEO) and Combat Support
and Combat Service Support (CS & CSS) Organizations at TACOM
Contracting Center located in Warren, Mich.

With New Leadership, VT Group's
Unmanned Systems Division Makes Portland Its New
Home
With the recent addition of Daniel Bertram as president of VT
Group's Unmanned Systems line of business, the division is
relocating from McMinnville, Ore., to Portland. The new, expandable
7,540 square foot facility, located in the PacTrust Business
Center, will be the hub for VT Group's activities in the
rapidly-growing unmanned system market.

VT Group Awarded U.S. Navy
SPAWAR Global Installation Contract
VT Group today announced that its integrated solutions business
unit, VT Milcom, was awarded a contract for installation and
operational certification of Command, Control, Communications,
Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)
systems by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command.

Daniel Bertram Named Unmanned
System President
VT Group is pleased to announce that Daniel Bertram has joined
the organization as president of the Unmanned Systems line of
business and member of the Senior Leadership Team. In this
role, he will have responsibility for the vertical and horizontal
expansion of VT Group's Unmanned Systems services offering
worldwide.

President of Technical Services Business Unit
VT Group has named George H. Allen as the president of the
organization's Technical Services business unit. Allen will
provide strategic leadership and work with organizational leaders
to establish and report long-term goals, strategies and policies
for the Technical Services business unit.
