VT Group Wins Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Task Order to Provide Support to Naval Special Warfare (NSW)

WASHINGTON, DC- VT Group U.S., an industry leader in the delivery of customer-critical services to government agencies and U.S. arm of U.K.-based Babcock International (BAB.L), is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) to provide support for the Program Management Office for Naval Special Warfare (PMS NSW). 

This contract was awarded as a single task order via the U.S. Navy's SeaPort-e Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracting vehicle. The task order has a potential value of $53.1 million over five years. 

Under the terms of the task order, VT Group's Technical Services business unit will provide professional engineering services and strategic planning support to NSW and other government agencies. Additionally, VT Group's Integrated Solutions business unit will work in a subcontractor capacity.

VT Group currently provides critical infrastructure support to the U.S. Navy at SUBASE Kings Bay, as well as key C4ISR work on both the East and West Coast and other work supporting multiple Integrated Warfare Systems programs at NAVSEA. 

Work under the task order will be performed primarily at Washington Navy Yard, as well as other Government and contractor sites.
