Learn more about our Converged Technology Integration (CTI) Lab
VT Group is a pioneer in IT Solutions and large-scale infrastructure programs for customers. With more than 40 years of experience in the design-build services to install and renovate command and control (C2) centers worldwide. We focus on our customers’ business goals, challenges, and enterprise requirements to develop and implement optimized solutions for current and future customer needs.
As a trailblazer in converged IT technology and Passive Optical LAN implementation, VT Group provides fully-integrated turnkey solutions that save customers time and money. While traditional copper cable infrastructure requires multiple cable types to deliver voice, video, and data, Optical LAN consolidates all device cabling on to a single fiber and reduces the overall cable presence. It also mitigates the cost and performance risk of supporting robust
new technologies with outdated traditional infrastructures.
Our start-to-finish approach is successful in both new facility construction and renovations. We can transform your existing facility into a best-practice compliant, highly available, mission-critical asset with minimal stress.
Converged Technology Integration (CTI) Lab
Within our 3,000 sq. foot Converged Technology Integration (CTI) Lab in Chantilly, VA, VT Group engineers decipher all integration complexities and validate the complex design, integration, and configurations to ensure onsite installation and commissioning processes are efficient and timely. All key equipment is installed, configured, and tested for operational state and functionality. During the lab implementation and testing phase of our build processes, our engineers perform site specific configurations in the lab, which are then sent to the site ready for physical “plug and play” installation.
The setup and configuration of devices in the lab will, as closely as possible, mimic the customer’s deployment design, allowing for the testing of as many services/protocols as will be utilized on the Passuve Optical LAN. VT Group’s lab testing significantly reduces the possibility of technical issues arising during installations at the client’s site, as any integration issues due to interoperability or configurations are detected, researched, and resolved early in the project life-cycle, before they pose a serious threat to the project’s success, as they could if only noticed during the onsite commissioning phase.
